About the role
Built Environment Forensics is seeking an experienced consultant to conduct site assessments, undertake environmental sampling and prepare clear, practical reports for insurers, loss adjusters, builders and restoration contractors.
The role combines fieldwork with report preparation and requires sound technical judgement, solid communication and the ability to manage assessments independently.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct water damage, mould, fire and asbestos assessments.
- Undertake moisture investigations and environmental sampling.
- Develop remediation scopes of works suited to site conditions and assessment findings.
