Customer Service Comes First: Your ability to connect with people, build trust and deliver a great experience is more important than previous CPAP experience. Healthcare experience is valued, but exceptional customer service is the key prerequisite.

Full Training Provided: No sleep therapy or CPAP experience is required. We’ll provide comprehensive training in CPAP therapy, home sleep studies, equipment and technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Client Consultations:



Provide warm, skilled one-on-one consultations and guide clients through their CPAP journey.

- Home Sleep Studies: Set up and explain home sleep study equipment, ensuring clients understand the process and feel confident using it.

- Fitting & Setup: Fit masks, assist with machine setup and help tailor equipment to individual needs.

- Ongoing Support: Build ongoing relationships with clients, troubleshoot issues and support them throughout their therapy journey.

- Customer & Equipment Advice: Help clients understand their treatment options and choose appropriate equipment, masks and accessories.

- Clinic Administration: Maintain accurate records and communicate with referring GPs and sleep specialists when required.

- Business Growth: Contribute ideas, identify opportunities and help us continue to build Solace Sleep Clinic as a trusted local provider of sleep health.

Who We’re Looking For

The most important thing is your customer service experience and attitude.

You’ll ideally have:

- Proven experience in customer service, client-facing or relationship-based roles

- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable

- A warm, empathetic and reassuring approach

- Confidence learning new technology and explaining it simply to others

- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

- A proactive, ambitious attitude and desire to grow

- Genuine interest in helping people and being part of the local community

Healthcare, allied health, pharmacy, dental, optical or medical technology experience is highly regarded but not essential.
