What you'll be doing
- Preparing high-quality meals from our diverse menu, using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout food preparation and service
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
- Assisting with menu development and special event catering as required
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
- Contributing to a positive and productive kitchen environment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar hospitality environment
- Formal culinary training or qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
- Must be Australian resident - not offering sponsorship at this stage
