Management Responsibilities

- Leading,



mentoring and inspiring a positive, high-performing team
- Strong understanding and practical application of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Ensuring service compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Managing staff rostering and day-to-day service operations
- Experience using QikKids or similar childcare management software
- Supporting performance management, staff development and team engagement
- Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and operational performance
- Building meaningful, positive relationships with children, families and the wider community

Qualifications and Skills

- ACECQA-recognised Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Centre Director, Centre Manager or in a more senior leadership capacity within a medium-sized or larger Australian long day care service
- Current Working with Children Check or VIT registration, as applicable
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people-management skills and the ability to motivate, mentor and develop educators
- Sound knowledge of operational management, compliance and continuous improvement
- Full working rights in Australia
