About the role

You'll be an significant point of contact for our customers and provide day-to-day support to our Director and Operations Manager. This is a diverse role for someone who can answer a customer's question, follow up an order, keep track of the details and happily turn their hand to the next task.

Key responsibilities
Answering customer phone calls and responding to emails in a friendly, helpful way.
Assisting with online orders, including changes, delivery questions and collection enquiries.
Helping resolve customer concerns and following up to make sure nothing gets missed.
Processing refunds or credits within agreed guidelines and seeking approval when required.
Liaising with the Operations Manager, packing team and drivers about orders and deliveries.
Keeping customer and order records accurate and up to date.
Helping coordinate market staff, including communicating rosters and passing on relevant information.
Assisting with staff administration, including maintaining employee records, coordinating induction paperwork and supporting recruitment tasks as required.




Providing general administration and personal assistant support to the Director and Operations Manager, including emails, scheduling and following up everyday matters.
Assisting with printing, filing and keeping office documents organised.

About you

A clear and confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing.
Organised and reliable, with valuable attention to detail and follow-through.
Tech-savvy and confident using computers, email and online systems.
Quick to learn, with good judgement and common sense.
Comfortable working independently, adapting to changing priorities and asking questions when needed.
Experience in customer service, administration or a similar role would be helpful.
Experience in HR or staff administration would be highly regarded, as would experience with WooCommerce or other online ordering systems.
