About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring our food and beverage operations run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly, professional and attentive service to guests.
Taking food and beverage orders and delivering meals and drinks efficiently.
Assisting with the setup, presentation and daily operations of our dining and beverage areas.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
Handling guest enquiries and requests with confidence and professionalism.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
Following responsible service of alcohol and workplace health and safety requirements.

What We're Looking For




A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
The ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Previous food and beverage experience is desirable, but not essential.
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
