The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality food across multiple service styles within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Working alongside senior chefs, you will support daily kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional standards in food safety, preparation, and presentation.
This role is ideal for a strong pan and grill chef who thrives in a high-energy kitchen and takes pride in consistency and teamwork.

Skills & Attributes
Trade-qualified chef with 2–3 years’ experience and strong expertise in pan and grill sections




Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation
Excellent communication skills, working effectively across both front and back of house teams
Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example and contribute to a high-performing team environment
