The Opportunity

Reporting to the Implementation & Delivery Manager and working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, you’ll take full ownership of on-site execution. You’ll ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality, while maintaining strong commercial control and governance compliance.

This is a site-based role and an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career leading complex, quick-paced project delivery in the healthcare technology industry.

What you will be responsible for:
Lead and coordinate in office installation and commissioning across allocated projects
Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities to keep projects safe and on schedule
Monitor project progress, risks and variations, addressing issues to minimise delays and commercial impacts
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance throughout project delivery
Build robust client and stakeholder relationships and drive projects through to successful handover

What we're looking for:
Proven experience supervising project sites, ideally within the telecommunications, electrical, healthcare or technology sector
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced site environment
Strong planning,



organisation and problem-solving skills
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on approach to leadership
White Card and current driver’s licence; relevant trade or technical qualifications and additional site certifications are highly regarded
