Southwell Lifts & Hoists is looking for a qualified and motivated Fitter to join our growing team in Narellan, NSW.

As a proud Australian manufacturer with over 80 years of experience, we design, manufacture, install and service material handling hoists and lifts throughout Australia and New Zealand. We are committed to delivering quality products and outstanding service to our customers.

About You

You must have:
Forklift License
Experience in mechanical fitting
Ability to read engineering drawings
Solid attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:
Working at Heights certification
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) license
Fabrication experience

Key Responsibilities:
Complete manufacturing and fitting work to company standards
Read and interpret technical drawings
Maintain a secure and tidy work area
Complete job documentation
Maintain tools and equipment
Ensure all work complies with project requirements and maintain quality workmanship
Robust attention to detail
Other tasks as directed
