An established civil contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee projects across a range of civil construction works in Sydney.
You'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, leading crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

The Role
Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Manage site crews, operators and subcontractors
Coordinate labour, plant, materials and deliveries
Monitor project progress, productivity and quality
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards




Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme

What You'll Need
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor
Strong background in civil construction
Proven experience leading site teams and subcontractors
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Sound understanding of WHS, quality and project delivery
White Card and current driver's licence
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Practical, hands-on approach to site management
