High Reach Forklift Operator – Cold Storage Location: Banyo, QLD

Pay Rate: $35.81 per hour ($34.96 base rate + $0.85 freezer allowance)
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm

We are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a busy cold storage warehouse operation based in Banyo, QLD.
This role involves a combination of high reach forklift operation, RF scanning and manual order picking. You will be responsible for safely putting stock away into warehouse racking, retrieving stock for picking and ensuring inventory is accurately scanned into designated locations.
This is a hands-on role suited to operators who are comfortable spending time both on and off the forklift.

Key Responsibilities
Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
Putting stock away into designated warehouse racking locations.




Retrieving pallets from racking to replenish stock for picking.
Using RF scanners to scan products and allocate stock to the correct locations.
Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Completing manual picking duties when required, including working off the forklift.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current and valid LF Forklift Licence.
Previous high reach forklift operating experience.
Previous RF scanning experience (essential).
Experience with stock put-away, replenishment and retrieval.
