About the role

We are looking for driven, confident and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Solar Specialist Closer. This is an exciting opportunity to build a high-income career in the renewable energy sector while helping customers take advantage of smarter energy solutions. In this role, you'll focus on selling solar and battery systems, guiding customers through the decision-making process from initial consultation to close. You'll qualify potential customers, present tailored solutions, prepare quotes, handle objections and confidently turn opportunities into sales. With our team taking care of installation and everything that follows, you can focus on what you do best: selling and closing deals. You'll conduct consultations both in customers' homes across Adelaide metropolitan area, and over the phone.

Key responsibilities
Engage with customers to promote and finalise solar sales
Help customers understand the advantages of solar energy
Conduct consultations and explain tailored energy solutions
Understand individual energy needs
Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service
Work towards performance-based bonuses and targets

About you
Proven sales experience with the ability to close sales
Strong communication skills




Great customer service mindset
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Confidence speaking with customers
Motivation and driven to succeed
Desire to build a long-term career
Full driving licence is required
