About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping with everything from order enquiries and delivery updates to product advice, returns and troubleshooting. You'll work closely with our retail, warehouse and ecommerce teams to make sure customers receive accurate information and issues are resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media.
Helping customers with orders, pre-orders, shipping, returns and exchanges.
Troubleshooting issues with vinyl records, turntables and audio equipment.
Investigating delivery issues and liaising with shipping partners.
Working with our warehouse and retail teams to resolve order issues.
Keeping customers updated and following through until problems are resolved.
Identifying recurring issues and suggesting ways to improve our processes.
Helping customers discover new music, products and solutions.

About you
Previous customer service experience, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to solve problems independently and use good judgement.
A calm, friendly and qualified approach, even when dealing with difficult situations.




Confidence using technology and learning new systems.
A willingness to take responsibility and follow things through.
An interest in music, vinyl records or audio equipment.
