About the role

As a Receptionist at Cowboys Leagues Club, you will be the first point of contact for our members, guests, and visitors, helping to create a welcoming and skilled experience from the moment they arrive. This is a fast-paced and wide-ranging role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities
Meeting and greeting members and guests
Signing in guests and lawfully encouraging membership
Ensuring the clubs dress standards are adhered to
Answering the Club's phone
Processing membership and renewals
Dining and Function bookings
Membership and Club enquiries




Maintain a clean and organised work environment

About you
An excellent work ethic
Initiative and motivation
Excellent customer service skills
Confidence to effectively manage a diverse range of customers
Computer skills
Understanding and confidence to enforce Liquor Licensing Laws of Queensland
Excellent teamwork and time management skills
Ability to work without supervision
Ability to work, day, nights, and weekends
Hold a valid Food Handlers Certificate or be willing to obtain one
Hold a valid RSA or be willing to obtain one (Mandatory requirement)
