What you will do




Welcome and check in patients, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and SMS enquiries
Coordinate and confirm appointments, follow up recalls and cancellations, and maintain accurate patient records.
Support the team by staying on top of admin tasks, stock levels, and general reception upkeep.
Cross-train and upskill to assist in other areas when needed — teamwork is key here!

What you will bring
You must have previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator
Dental or Medical Reception experience is highly desirable
Robust customer focus!
Ability to multi-task and juggle competing tasks
Thrive in a busy, quick-paced work environment
