What You'll Bring





We're looking for an experienced people leader who knows how to get the best from a team while remaining close enough to the operation to provide practical support when needed.

You will ideally bring:
2+ years' experience in a leadership role
Solid leadership, coaching and feedback skills
The ability to influence people and build effective stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of import processes, regulatory requirements, FCL/LCL and ground transportation
Robust commercial awareness and an understanding of productivity and profitability
Confidence managing customer and operational escalations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
A continuous-improvement mindset
