Key Responsibilities

• Deliver management reporting, financial analysis and performance insights for senior stakeholders.

• Partner with business leaders to support decision making and improve commercial outcomes.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes.

• Develop business cases, financial models and investment analysis.

• Support project portfolio reporting, funding submissions and performance tracking.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives, transformation projects and continuous improvement activities.

AI & Innovation

You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation and data analytics to streamline processes,



improve reporting and deliver deeper business insights. A passion for technology and innovation within finance will be highly valued.

About You

• CA or CPA qualified.

• 5+ years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering.

• Robust background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial modelling.

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

• Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in AI and emerging finance technologies.
