What You Will Do

You will gain hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of corporate accounting, performing tasks including:

• Core Ledger Care: Managing accounts payable and processing month-end journals

• Reconciliations: Ownership of bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Tax Compliance: Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of BAS returns.

• Financial Reporting: Gaining valuable exposure to Profit & Loss statements, monthly cash flow management, and board reporting.

• Team Support: Assisting with ad-hoc administrative functions to keep the office running smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience:



Ideally 1–2+ years of experience working in an accounting or bookkeeping environment.

• Qualifications: No formal degree is required! A genuine affinity for numbers and a strong baseline understanding of accounting principles are essential.

• Systems Experience: Experience with any ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or Accounting system would be highly regarded.

• Attitude: A proactive learner with sharp attention to detail and robust communication skills.

• Eligibility: Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen. We cannot offer visa sponsorship for this role.
