Previous experience as a carpenter on commercial construction sites
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications
Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, equipment and materials
Must have own tools and be confident in their use
Ability to work unsupervised and show initiative on site
High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual and safety focused
Commitment to maintaining a protected working workplace
