Raindance Systems is a global leader in aerial incendiary technology. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced full-time Production Line Technician to join our dynamic production team.

This role is suited to someone who is hands-on, quality-driven, reliable and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. You will bring experience with hand tools and general production processes, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Experience will be viewed favourably but is not necessary.

About the Role

Raindance Systems conducts in-house research and development, manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of aerial incendiary machines used in helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft, and drones. We also produce the consumables used in these systems.

Key responsibilities may include:
Operating our incendiary production machinery
Ordering and managing raw materials
Quality control of incoming and finished products
Boxing and packaging finished goods
Stock monitoring and rotation
Freight booking and logistics coordination
Forklift operation

Skills & Requirements
Experience in a production or manufacturing setting (preferred)




Competence with hand tools and production equipment
High attention to detail and quality standards
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Ability to work effectively within a team

Licences & Certifications:
Manual driver’s licence
Forklift licence
Understanding of manual handling principles
Knowledge of safety practices and PPE compliance
Familiarity with dangerous goods storage and handling
