A highly regarded and fast growing business has a rare chance for an experienced Payroll Business Analyst to join their hugely successful company based in the National Head Office.

The role sits within a close working with Payroll, Finance and HR department. You will be working closely with the Payroll Project Manager.

In this position you are required, but not limited to:
Providing system implementation, administration, functional support and process improvements
Work on payroll data maintenance & configuration
Integration of payrolls onto a central HRIS system
Review payroll processes and systems to recommend improvements
Assist in the production of organisational reporting and the management of interfaces and integration between systems

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience in Workday Configurations




Extensive experience in procedures and documentation auditing.
Robust Technical knowledge Workday EIB & build business processes & reports
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Demonstrable experience training/mentoring staff with recent processes and procedures.
Technical knowledge of Workday Payroll System.
