Brisbane Music School seeking Administration/Sales Assistant.

We are seeking a Administration/Sales Assistant for our music school based in inner city Brisbane.

Vincent Music is a rapidly growing music schools in the heart of West End servicing over 130 students with our 8 teacher team. We cater for all learning abilities and musical styles.

To be successful in the Role you must:
Have sales experience
Have a qualified friendly phone manner and excellent customer service skills
Be able to commit to 20 hours weekly
Be able to commit to fixed hours Monday - Thursday 11am - 4pm (earlier hours may be considered)
An interest in music and or the arts
Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and maintain regular contact with the Vincent Music Team
Social media creative and distribution an advantage
Word and excel experience an advantage
Knowledge of CRM systems an advantage
Web Dev an advantage




Book keeping skills an advantage

As part of the Vincent Music Administration Team you will:
Be working in a cultural hub of musicians and educators in the ppopular West End district
Recieve a pemanent part time position including super and leave perks
