Fibco is seeking a reliable and motivated Civil / NBN Labourer to join our team working on NBN infrastructure projects across South Australia.

This is a hands-on outdoor role working as part of a small crew delivering essential civil works across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing

General civil labouring on NBN projects including trenching, digging, site preparation, and assisting with cable and conduit installation.

Work is wide-ranging and changes day to day and may also include tasks such as concrete breakout and reinstatement, paving, and using tools like jackhammers and concrete cutters, and more.

You’ll also be moving materials, doing site clean-up, and supporting truck and crew operations as required.

What we need
Driver’s licence
Truck licence




Physically fit and comfortable with manual outdoor work
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable (not required)
Civil construction or NBN experience
First Aid & CPR
Traffic Management
Work Safely at Heights
Asbestos Awareness (Class B)
