Are you looking for a role where you feel valued and part of a supportive team? We have an exciting prospect for a Customer Service Attendant to join our agile team at Pressed Dry Cleaning

Our Customer Service Attendants are the first point of contact in providing exemplary service to our loyal customer base. You will welcome customers, receive and prepare garments for cleaning, and complete payment transactions.

Key tasks :
input incoming orders, complete order pick-ups
complete payment transactions and daily till reconciliation
confidently manage customer expectations
prepare garments for cleaning; including checking of pockets, inspection for stains and defects




complete wardrobe inventory and ensure orders are accurately stored

Required skills and attributes :
sound computer (keyboard) skills
ability to accurately follow detailed procedures and complete tasks in a timely manner
physically fit and have the ability to stand on your feet and work
non-smoker

Training : industry experience is not essential, however a willingness to learn is a must. On-the-job training provided.

Hours : 20.5 hours + per week, Weekdays and Saturday mornings. Shits are usually 8:30 - 5pm

Location :Wynnum with the ability to work at our other stores at Vic Point and Gumdale as required e.g. to cover a shift due to a team member absence

Job Type : Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
