The Opportunity

We require a casual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our ecommmerce based in Tottenham.
Handle incoming sales and order enquiries
Processing of customer orders
Manage "LiveChat"
Organizing customer deliveries
Arrange customer returns and general administration.
Answering incoming call
Liaise with suppliers

We are looking for a strong go-getter who knows how to get the job done.

To meet our selection criteria you must have;
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Have some retail / administration experience




Demonstrated impeccable customer service
Solid organisational skills
A results oriented focus
Basic computer skills - excel a must
Can think outside the box
Enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Well organised, high attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Effective communicator and ability to work autonomously
Ability to adapt hours to seasonal times and business needs
