YoumustunderstandAustralianbookkeepingandmanagementaccountingfundamentals.
However,thisisnotastandaloneclientaccountantrole. Yourfocuswillbe: Operationalexecution Workflowcoordination Systemmanagement Capacityoversight Thisisanindependentcontributorroleforsomeonewhothrivesinstructuredenvironments,respectssystems,andknowshowtoimproveefficiencywithoutdisruptingoperationalstability. KeyResponsibilities Organise,assign,track,andmonitortasksthroughClickUp. Monitorteamcapacityandensureworkisdeliveredaccordingtoclientagreementsanddeadlines. MaintainorganiseddocumentationandfilingsystemswithinGoogleWorkspace. AssisttheCEOwithoperationalplanning,prioritisation,summaries,andinternalinitiatives.



Trackactionitemsandensuretasksarefollowedthroughandcompleted. Conductpreliminaryqualitychecksonreconciliations,coding,andworkpapers. Monitorscopeadherenceandflaganyout-of-scopework. Assistwithtrackingagedreceivablesandotherinternaloperationalmatters. Stepinandsupporthands-onwhenneededtokeepimportantdeadlinesontrack. Supporttheonboardingofnewteammembersintocompanytoolsandworkflows.
