This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of insurance claims from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of insurance building claims end-to-end Liaise with insurers, clients, trades, and internal teams Coordinate schedules, updates,



and job progress across all stakeholders Ensure compliance with insurer requirements and internal processes Identify risks, delays, or issues early, and take action to resolve them Maintain accurate, up-to-date job records and documentation About You

You’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your work. You’re comfortable in a fast-paced setting and know how to keep multiple moving parts under control.
