A commercial construction company with a national presence, they have excellent client relationships and most of their work comes from repeat clientele. In WA they specialise in commercial and industrial design and construct projects ranging from $10-$50M.



They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum. They are currently looking for a Senior Contract Administrator for a $75m large retail format project based near Cockburn. Key Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Experience managing projects $30M + as the commercial lead. Previous main contractor experience is essential Experience on retail projects would be highly desirable. 10yrs+ experience working in commercial building Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving and decision‑making skills Robust verbal and written communication skills. Solid commercial awareness and persuasive negotiation skill Full Australian working rights are required.
