We are looking for a warm, reliable and experienced full time or part time nanny/family assistant to become a valued part of our family in Wamuran, QLD. The primary role is caring for our 2-year-old and 2-month-old baby, with some care of our 10-year-old during school holidays and other times as required. Mum works from home and will be available throughout the day when needed, particularly to feed the baby.

Key responsibilities

Providing loving and attentive care for our baby and 2-year-old Playing, reading and providing age-appropriate activities Taking the children outside, for walks and to suitable activities/outings Preparing snacks and easy meals for the children Assisting with naps and daily routines Nappy changes and general baby/toddler care Caring for our 10-year-old when required, particularly during school holidays Keeping children's play areas, toys and belongings organised Keeping the kitchen tidy and cleaning up after meals Washing, drying,



folding and putting away laundry About you

Warm, caring and patient Experienced and confident with babies and toddlers Reliable, organised and able to use initiative Comfortable working alongside a mum who works from home An animal lover and comfortable around dogs and farm animals Holds a current driver's licence and has a reliable vehicle Holds a current Blue Card Holds current First Aid and CPR certification Holds a current National Police Check Able to provide recent, contactable references Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications Superannuation paid on top of the agreed wage Paid annual leave/holidays Paid personal/sick leave Reimbursement for approved work-related use of your own vehicle Supportive family setting Cleaner attends the home twice weekly Live-in accommodation may be available if required
