The Role As a Contracts Customer Service Officer,



you will assist in the completion of the administrative tasks associated with the daily operations of the NSW Contracts division within Capital Transport

Key responsibilities:

Inbound and outbound customer service/query calls.

Processing of client bookings via phone and email.

Immediate response to emails concerning delivery updates, proof of delivery requests or any other queries.

Providing assistance/ additional information as required to our sub-contractor drivers.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills

Solid work ethic

Sound knowledge of the Sydney metro area

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Calm and professional telephone manner

Data Entry Skills - Intermediate

Self-motivated and well disciplined

High attention to detail and genuine passion for providing superior customer service No experience is required as this is a junior role, and full training will be provided to the right candidate.
