Objectives
Coordinate insurance repair claims ($1-$100k+)
Ensure timely, secure, and budget-compliant project completion
Meet/exceed Australian building standards
Role
Allocate repairs to subcontractors
Manage job delivery within time and budget constraints
Conduct cost-effective tendering processes
Handle multiple claims simultaneously
Engage with subcontractors and homeowners
Ensure quality outcomes within budget and timeline
Maintain proactive client communication
Keep claims up-to-date, update stakeholders
Ensure compliance with building legislation, safety, and environmental standards
Oversee invoicing and retention for complex/high-risk work
Monday to Friday office-based position
