About the role
We’re looking for an Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a quick-paced business environment. You’ll support order and contract processing, data management, compliance coordination, and sales forecasting, while working closely with the team to keep our day-to-day operations smooth, accurate, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
• Supported contract and order processing, including generating delivery notes (DNs) and assisting in purchase order (PO) management.
• Assisted in data management, including organizing distributor forecast reports and ensuring CEC government platform compliance.
• Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and consolidating monthly sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making. Requirements
• Students majoring in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or other related fields.
• Strong communication and Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented with positive organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
