Keysborough Calibration Centre

is looking for a friendly, organised

Customer Service Specialist

to join the team.

You will act as a central link between our customers, technicians and workshop team, ensuring effective communications, managing bookings and providing updates to keeping schedules on track. You will play a crucial role in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience with your key responsibilities including:

Managing customer enquiries, bookings and quotes

Coordinating technician schedules

Providing transparent and timely job updates

Supporting Site Managers with workflow planning

Maintaining accurate data and administrative records

Is this you? We're seeking a customer-focused individual with:





Experience in customer service, scheduling or service advising (automotive highly regarded)

A confident and qualified phone manner

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

High accuracy in data entry and administration

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
