ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a robust portfolio showcasing a range of design works
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word and PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace (at times).
• Robust communication and collaboration skills
• Hold a NV1 or higher Australian Government security clearance.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development processes
• Willingness to learn and develop user experience design skills
