Senior Hairdresser

to join our talented team This is a

part-time position

that offers flexibility whilst allowing you to make a significant impact in our salon. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be at the forefront of leading by example through exceptional hair care, team mentorship, and a commitment to the quality and consistency our clients trust. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for quality, creativity, and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities

Provide a comprehensive range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments to clients, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and professionalism Consult with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and hair care needs, offering expert advice and recommendations Mentor and supervise junior hairdressers, providing guidance on techniques, client service, and professional development Ensure the salon environment remains clean, hygienic, and well-organised in accordance with health and safety standards Manage client bookings and ensure appointments run smoothly,



providing an outstanding customer experience Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products, continuously developing your professional skills Contribute to the achievement of salon targets and support the team in delivering excellent service What we’re looking for

A recognised hairdressing qualification or equivalent recognised training Demonstrated expertise in a range of hair services including cuts, colouring, and styling techniques Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high qualified and hygiene standards Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work part-time hours as required A passion for the hair and beauty industry and staying informed of current trends Experience in a salon setting that prioritises sustainable or eco-conscious practices is highly desirable What we offer
