We’re looking for an experienced/transition to Senior Leading Hand who can run a residential roofing crew professionally, someone who values culture just as much as quality workmanship. Leading residential metal roofing crew across Brisbane & SEQ Managing day-to-day site operations and workflow Maintaining high workmanship and safety standards Mentoring apprentices and younger roofers Creating a positive, respectful team environment Coordinating materials, site organisation and productivity Working closely with management to improve systems and delivery What We Offer
