Hiring: Level 2 Technical Coordinator
Location:
Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches, Sydney Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension) Work Type: Casual, Part time – 2 Days per Week Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate post-installation activities and technology deployments.
• Provide Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Configure devices, validate network connectivity, and perform functional testing.
• Coordinate with field installers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain deployment documentation, asset records, and support tickets. Skills Required:
• Experience in Level 2 IT Support, Technical Coordination, or Deployment Engineering.
• Knowledge of Windows devices, networking, and endpoint configuration.
• Solid troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-site deployments is highly desirable.
