We’re currently seeking an experienced, energetic and well-presented casual Barista All-Rounder to join our incredible team at Strathfield Golf Club, part of The Fresh Collective’s diverse range of venues. The Kiosk operates seven days a week from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, while the Bistro is open daily for lunch and dinner. Availability to start at 6:15 am and work until 3:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday availability
Up to 17 to 20 hours per week for the right candidate
Regular Monday and/or Tuesday Kiosk shifts from 6:15 am to 3:30 pm
Additional Bistro and event shifts based on availability and skills
Casual rates: MonâFri $33.85/hr, Sat $40.62/hr and Sun $47.39/hr

Prepare high-volume coffees to a consistently high standard
Produce consistent and robust latte art




Manage the barista station autonomously while working as part of a team
Deliver exceptional customer service to regular club members and guests
Accurately take orders and process payments for food and beverages
Keep the work area clean, organised and well stocked
Assist in the Bistro and with onsite functions and events as required
Complete basic food preparation when required
A minimum of six months’ barista experience
Strong coffee-making and latte art skills
Availability to start at 6:15 am and work until 3:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday availability
Quick, productive and confident working in a busy workplace
Well presented with a robust work ethic
Ability to assist with stocktakes, ordering and stock rotation
A current NSW RSA
Ability to commit to the role for at least six months
