Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a well-regarded Sydney commercial builder known for high-quality fit-out, refurbishment, and new-build work across the workplace, retail, hospitality, education, and health sectors. With a strong pipeline and a tight, capable team, they're looking for an experienced Project Manager to report to the Director and take ownership of projects from planning and procurement through to handover. Projects typically range from $1M to $10M, often in live environments, and it's a great time to join and grow with the business.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and procurement through to handover

Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and procurement schedules

Own cost control, forecasting, variations and monthly reporting to senior management

Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants across concurrent projects

Manage design coordination and review drawings, specifications and documentation

Build robust relationships with clients, architects and stakeholders throughout delivery

Identify and manage project risks and commercial outcomes

Ensure quality,



programme and WHS compliance on every project

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit-out projects up to $10M

Exposure to new build or design and construct (D&C;) projects

Strong commercial and financial management, including cost reporting and variations

A solid understanding of construction methodology, programming and Australian contracts

Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and site teams

Confidence delivering in live and occupied environments

A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline (desired)

A current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
