As a Personal Carer at WMQ Sinnamon Park, you will support residents within our residential aged care community, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort. You’ll provide high-quality person-centred care and be part of a supportive team that makes a real difference every day. You Will:
• Provide personal care, hygiene, showering, and mobility support
• Assist residents with meals and daily living tasks
• Support residents’ wellbeing with respect and compassion
• Report resident care and wellbeing accurately to the Registered/Clinical Nurse or Facility Manager
• Contribute ideas to improve services and teamwork What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:
• Paid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Certificate III in Individual Support
