As the Assistant Manager , you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive robust commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work. part-time role. Skills & Experience:

Previous retail leadership experience (as a supervisor, 2IC or similar)

Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working setting Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
