THE POSITION
Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings.
Prepare and present mouth-watering dishes.
Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating.
Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively.
Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording.

THE PERSON




Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required.
Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations.
MUST have own transport - no public transport nearby
Have of be willing to obtain a National Police Check
