Hiring: Level 2 Technical Coordinator
Location: Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches, Sydney
Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension)
Work Type: Casual, Part time – 2 Days per Week
Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate post-installation activities and technology deployments.
Provide Level 2 IT support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Configure devices, validate network connectivity, and perform functional testing.
Coordinate with field installers, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
Maintain deployment documentation, asset records, and support tickets.
Skills Required:
Experience in Level 2 IT Support, Technical Coordination, or Deployment Engineering.
Knowledge of Windows devices, networking, and endpoint configuration.
Robust troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
Experience in multi-site deployments is highly desirable.
