Events & Community Engagement Coordinator - Community Programs

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys admin, organisation and making things run smoothly.

You’ll support our community projects by coordinating the practical details behind workshops, Peer Circles, leadership roundtables and community events.

The role includes

registrations, emails and participant follow-up calendars, bookings and event schedules run sheets, checklists and document preparation venue, speaker and facilitator coordination maintaining contact lists, trackers and event records organising feedback, attendance and evidence after events supporting the team onsite when required

We’d love someone who is highly organised, reliable, detail-focused and proactive, and who enjoys turning a busy list of tasks into a transparent, well-run system.

This role is perfect for someone who finds satisfaction in valuable administration - because behind every successful community event is someone making sure nothing falls through the gaps.
