About The Mulberry Group

The Mulberry Group operates a collection of hospitality venues across Melbourne, focused on delivering outstanding dining experiences, professional service and exceptional food and beverage offerings.

We are seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor to support venue management and lead the front-of-house team during daily service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily front-of-house operations and ensure consistent service standards.
Coordinate and direct employees during restaurant service.
Provide training, mentoring and support to front-of-house staff.
Manage guest enquiries, feedback and service issues professionally.
Assist with employee rostering, stock control and operational administration.
Maintain presentation, cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue.




Support venue management in delivering operational and financial objectives.
Skills and Experience Required
Minimum two years of relevant experience in a hospitality supervisory or senior front-of-house position.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a hospitality team.
Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of restaurant service procedures and food and beverage operations.
Ability to prioritise tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
Experience in premium dining or high-volume hospitality settings is highly regarded.
