Role Description The General Manager, UK role is a full time, on-site position based in London, UK. This includes managing a team, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth plans in collaboration with the global team
Own UK/Europe financial performance, including P&L;, budgeting,



and cost control
Lead UK/Europe sales and marketing activities
Oversee UK/Europe recruitment and people management processes
Support Regional Project Managers with project planning, delivery, and client relationships
Provide cover for Regional Project Managers as required

Qualifications and Experience
Proven leadership experience in a senior management role
Solid business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in the audit and inspection industry an advantage
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards an advantage
Experience with project management processes an advantage
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, management) preferred
Authorized to work in United Kingdom
