Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking Care Co-Ordinators to support NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) and Out of Hours teams. You will own an allocated service area, manage queues, deploy resources and help colleagues deliver safe, timely patient care.

This quick-paced role requires versatile working across shifts, robust communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify risks and escalation needs.
