Your primary responsibility is the execution of high quality, smooth running events which exceed client expectations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
Work with the team to execute a variety of functions and events for our customers
Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
Provide exceptional quality,



consistent service throughout the event
Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
Lead the team to work efficiently, ensuring perfect execution of the event from set up to pack down

KEY QUALITIES:
Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience a similar role
Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
Exposure to rostering and people development
Have a strong customer service focus
Skilled, upbeat and friendly personality
Exceptional attention to detail
Positive and versatile attitude
Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
Fantastic people management skills and professional nature
