Livin Homes is looking for a motivated, hands-on Junior Site Supervisor to join our growing team, working on custom homes, renovations and high-end residential projects across Perth.

We’re after an up-and-coming carpenter or tradesperson who wants to develop their skills in site management without giving up working on the tools.

THE ROLE
Assist with day-to-day site supervision and coordination of trades.
Stay hands-on with carpentry and general building works.
Help manage construction schedules, materials and deliveries.
Maintain quality workmanship and site standards.
Work alongside experienced builders and develop your supervision skills.
Help deliver high-quality custom residential projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Carpentry or residential construction experience.
A motivated, reliable person with a strong work ethic.




Someone who takes pride in their workmanship.
Valuable communication and organisational skills.
A willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
Driver’s licence and White Card.
