Proven experience running a restaurant as well as leading an engaged team.

Previous experience as an Venue Manager or Restaurant Manager
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding levels of customer service

Experience with a high-volume business.

Ability to lead by example.
Great understanding of service skills and the ability to prioritise our people
Adaptable and keen to learn.
Capable of building effective relationships with staff.
